Whydeo is a mashup of services between Twitter, Chatroulette and Yahoo! Answers from the clever students over at Sweden’s Hyper Island . Users ask a simple question into their web cam, which they then give a title and tag it up before posting the video live on a map. Other users can then browser all the questions across the globe and if one question grabs the attention of a surf monkey they can post their reaction to the video post which results in a spontaneous collection of conversations between two strangers.

This would have been an awesome example for a project I was working on a few weeks back but I’m sure the guys at Made by Many have their fingers on the pulse.
